I want to love her but I agree I will like her a lot. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. Sound and battery life are very good. But there is one HUGE flaw that all headphones suffer from. The rubber tips fall off easily. This is a BIG problem with these types of products as the rubber tips still stick out when the earbuds are removed. If you wear the product around your neck under any clothing (coat, shirt collar, etc.), the rubber tips can easily fall off. When this happened to me I was lucky that when I opened the jacket I found the rubber tip and it fell out. It seems so obvious that the product should have been designed with a protective "shell" or sleeve around the rubber tip. In a photo I've attached you can see the protruding rubber tip when the earpiece and its cable are fully retracted into the device. In another photo I show the rubber tip when removed. I hope they fix this in the future. This will make a HUGE difference. As you know, with any in-ear headphones without rubber tips, the product becomes useless.
