I got them as a present for my husband. These pajamas were very soft and a nice thickness - not too thin and not too thick. My husband, who is hot at night, enjoyed sleeping in it under the covers. They look super cute and are great for lounging around before bed - an upgrade from frayed t-shirts and sweatpants. I bought him a large one - he is athletic, muscular, 5'11" and weighs about 195 pounds. It fits perfectly and even has a bit of room so I don't worry if it shrinks a bit, although I always wash cold/dry low.
