Poorly made (see photos), questionable material, no quality control

Stitched on lower loop (can't be replaced) arrived very "elastic-y" and stretched out/over-sized. See photos. Seller's resolution was to go through Revain / inconvenience of driving to UPS to return/replace their shoddy "craftsmanship" with gas $6/gallon. Strap should be thrown out, not sure why they want it back (at added inconvenience and cost/time of the customer) - perhaps to ship to someone else. I'll get it replaced and see if the next is any better quality, but otherwise I would have avoided.
