Review on Ergonomic Computer Comfortable Executive Headrest Furniture for Game & Recreation Room Furniture by Jacob Schmidt

Terrible chair, terrible customer service. Don't waste money.

I originally bought the red and black version of this chair for my boyfriend last Christmas (this is his account). It was pretty comfortable, especially for the price, so I recently decided to get myself a purple and black one. I checked all the sizing and sizing data before purchasing and the only difference was the color. After assembly, I noticed significant differences in quality and size. First, the wheels stretch a lot, even without the weight of the chair. Think: the most terrible basket that is constantly being dragged to the side. Every time I try to move the chair the wheel gets stuck and I almost fall over. Using WD40 didn't help as the wheels appear to be mostly plastic (unlike the original black and red chair which had premium metal bearings). Second, the chair is a completely different size than the first one I received. As you can see from my photos, it's a few inches shorter. This means the neck pillow hits my upper back, forcing me to lean forward instead of being a headrest. The seat of the chair is also smaller, so I always sit closer to the edge of the seat. The padding overall is also clearly inferior and without padding underneath I cannot sit comfortably in it for long. I just wanted to return the product so I contacted customer service. I was told that if I wanted to return this crappy chair I would have to pay the full shipping cost ($40+) and also send it back reboxed as it came completely disassembled. At the time I obviously didn't have all the plastic/cardboard packaging in my hands (there are a lot of them), and assembling this thing was outrageous. My only hope is to sell it on Facebook Marketplace. Do yourself a favor and don't look at this chair. Spend $50 more on a quality gaming chair, or buy a regular office chair that doesn't look as cool but is better for your back.
