Although this steam cleaner worked fairly well as other reviewers noted, given its weight it is tiring to hold with one hand. Attachments were of poor quality, ineffective, or wore out quickly. Finally, due to its relatively small capacity and safety mechanism, you can only use it for about 10-15 minutes before it runs out. After that, you have to wait until it has cooled down enough for the lock to be unlocked (e.g. an hour). Finally returned it.
