The dress fits perfectly, but she won't be able to wear it more than a couple of times as there's no room for growth at the top. 4'9", 100 lbs, ordered a size 14. Dress comes to mid-calf. Very light. Ordered peacock blue. Does not see through. Very pleased overall.
