Good bag. It is a canvas with linen straps. and it works very well for me. It has an outside pocket and a zip closure - I didn't realize it had a zip closure when I ordered it so that was a nice surprise. I use it to carry my stuff back and forth to the pool for water exercises. It takes care of all my clothes when I put on my suit and all my wet clothes and a wet towel when I'm done. I'll buy my sister one for groceries - it's strong enough and big enough to do the job too.
