I wanted to contact Hedstrom directly but couldn't find the contact information. My son got this bouncy ball as a gift. It deflated in just 35 days (rear window closed). The husband filled it several times, but it didn't hold any air. My son is only 30 pounds so it's not because he was too big. His 2 sisters also got Hedstrom hop balls and their balls work great. I hope Hedstrom reads my review with a decision to either replace or refund.
