This pump is only suitable for inflating balls or toys. It burned out the engine and air compressor to some degree when I tried to use it to pump 20 pounds of air into a car tire. It still works, but as soon as you put it on the tire it starts to lose air, and the compressor can only compress about 22 pounds of air pressure, after which it loses air as fast as it can pump. Waste of money, cheap chinese junk. I would not recommend anyone to buy this. It's loud, has a very accurate air sensor, and also requires you to plug an extension cord directly into the compressor because there's no cord to plug into an outlet. Don't waste money on this product. By the way, it seems to me that a bunch of fake positive reviews are posted here. I think it's possible that one or two got a unit that doesn't burn out under heavy use, but it's definitely loud, and whoever writes "best" is just plain wrong. This item is suitable for inflating balls and some bicycle tires. It just doesn't stand up to car tires and other applications that require long and intensive use. If you try, you will be treated to a burning smell and no pressure.
