AFTER ALL! - LED bulbs

I used some light bulbs for my high power microwave. All of the "white" LEDs I bought had a bluish cast and failed after a very short time. A device advertised as "dimmable" had seizure-causing flickering at low output. These LeMeng LEDs are amazing! They are very light and actually WHITE! No blue or yellow cast, just a wonderful neutral white light. I'm also very impressed with its high CRI accuracy, these LEDs should be from a good manufacturer. There's still a bit of low-power flicker, but it's a bit unavoidable, at least in my case. It looks like the microwave puts out 60Hz at full brightness but drops to 30Hz at low power. It's that lower mains frequency that causes flicker, not the LEDs themselves. I will add that the flicker is barely noticeable, but if you're sensitive to it I'd recommend leaving them at full power. Also compared to the many other microwave LEDs I have used these are by far the best. The circuit needs to be much better to handle a 30Hz current signal as well as possible. Like me, you will be pleasantly surprised at how bright they are and what a great color.

Pros
  • βœ”Dimmable E17 LED: 100 to 5% dimmability with modern LED dimmers to achieve different levels of brightness. Since most applications use an old dimmer that does not work well with LED bulbs, this LED bulb may flicker at max dimming/low setting. Please use LED DIMMER.
Cons
  • Slightly dented
