Not tacky at all: Scrapbook Embellishments
I bought these for my Girl Scouts to use on a project and the ribbon isn't working. None of the items we tried to tape seal stayed closed - it was awful. We had to go out and buy a "real" tape to complete the project. It says "sticky tape" but the tape is sticky and this product is not.
