Purchased to replace all stepper motors and lamps in a customer's 2005 Silverado instrument cluster. The motors were easy to swap out (with the right tools) but the bulbs were a bit of a hassle because the customer's original bulbs were incandescent bulbs mounted in special plastic sockets and then surface mount soldered to the board rather than 'through' the swap The bulbs included in the kit were a bit longer but about twice as bright as the original bulbs in his instrument cluster, so I went back and installed one of the original bulbs in the cruise control indicator position as you couldn't see that indicator generally during the day. I'm attaching photos with the Sockets for attaching the lamp are included, as well as a photo with the original lamp on the left and the replacement lamp on the right, which is longer but not as bright as the original lamp. If you haven't opened your instrument cluster, don't be surprised if you see the same "surface mount" adjustment which can be a little tricky for this one which isn't very good can solder.
