Highly recommended for pillows and bed positioners

Definitely a great pillow! Now I understand that the pain most likely came from reading in bed without proper support. Anyway, this pillow got my neck back to normal. I usually sleep on my side, but with this pillow I slept on my back because of the neck support groove in the center (for back sleepers). It was incredible on my neck. Now that the pain is completely gone I'm using this side pillow again and can't believe I've ever used a regular pillow.
