OK this isn't a sexy bra but it's functional and it removes and reduces fat from the back. I wear 38/40G and gain weight on the back first which makes me so shy. This bra is great for flattening curves and supporting kickboxing. I'm 5'4 and a size 14 and started out at 5 because of the sizes. It's comfortable and I wear a bra around me now. Then I got a 3 and it fits snugly but the strap starts to hurt after a few hours of wearing so I only got a 4. Perfect size! Supportive and comfortable but does what I want.
