Review on 🌈 Vibrant and Ethereal: MANIC PANIC Professional Color Smoke Screen 3oz by Regina Ford

This is a blue based dye that depending on porosity turned some strands blue and some nice slate gray (lasted about 2 washes). The hair was fully saturated with dye on bleached hair and bleached to a very pale blonde with very faint yellow tones. Yellow and blue make green, and that's what happened. Very pale yellows and this blue gave a *very intense* muddy grey-green after a few washes. and after bleaching and deep conditioning several times the blue strands turn into a beautiful blue lol. I use the normal formula in Blue Steel all the time, no problem. If you don't use blue or want to tint a lot of orange/copper, note that the blue in this formula is quite aggressive. muddy color. If you are looking for options. Alien Gray has a purple base in its regular formula, great if you have light yellows and it's a really pretty color but it's light. The blue steel works great on any copper or pale blonde tones and is less aggressive than this one , it doesn't turn lighter strands blue or cloudy when it fades for me. Much luck!
