I gave this product 3 stars from the start and upgraded it to 5 stars after connecting to eq. I change it back to 3 or lower. Don't waste money on them. They are definitely not worth the 500€ and now I'm sticking with them. I've had them for almost a month and a half and want to throw them out the window. That's why. They keep disconnecting from bluetooth, strong loud noise, connecting to EQ when the B&O servers allow it, which is very rare, and also disconnecting from Xbox. My advice: buy Bluedio Victory headphones for $80. They're well built, have awesome sound, and a voice controller that's great for Call of Duty when you can't take your hands off the controller. DO NOT BUY THESE. It's a waste of $500. I'm selling mine at a big loss and going back to Bluedio.
