Again I was VERY skeptical about buying online. So, a few months ago, I realized that my ultra-comfortable memory foam pillow needed replacing. It was about time. So I got carried away into buying "my pillow" and I have to tell you it does NOT live up to expectations! Completely flat after a night's sleep and needs constant fluffing when waking up in the middle of the night. I went to Ross hoping to personally find a comfortable pillow. I ran my hand through all of them and was just a big disappointment. I thought I could never replace my memory foam pillows. I tried to see if Bed Bath Beyond was still the same brand but it wasn't so I was very skeptical about this purchase. I understand. Lots of good reviews and yet a few bad ones I was just thinking of, as long as Revain accepts returns there's no harm in trying. Also, the price is reasonable and I had to get something asap as my head was uncomfortable at the end of my 20 hour work day. And when I fluffed it up, it was like lying on a fluffy cloud. . Ideal! It sank just enough for comfort but still maintained a good height so my neck wouldn't hurt in the mornings. With other pillows, I would wake up with the pain of not being able to turn my head and look weird for days afterwards. I've been sleeping on these new pillows for 2 weeks now and have slept perfectly every day since. I will order another set for guests. It feels like they are sleeping in luxury! :)
