New Formula SUCKS
Don't buy if you are looking for a smooth dark gel eyeliner! It's more like an old-school pencil. I've been using "wet and wild" eyeliner for YEARS and YEARS! I was really excited when I first started using the Breakup Proof formula a few months ago because let me tell you, IT WAS AWESOME! BUT. They changed their formula and now it sucks! I've bought this from multiple places and they definitely made something different. If I could give ZERO stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE back to the old formula! And guess what?!? Old formula! So I checked the back and indeed the formula has been changed! You must return to the label with (1905-1) instead of (1910-2). If he has 1910-2, it's just that things aren't going well in your eyes!
