Exactly as advertised
We installed the Xbox in the children's room behind the TV, which was already fixed to the wall so there was nothing on the floor in that area. Very easy to install as it is open. Just mark holes for drilling. The whole installation took maybe 15 minutes. It does the job perfectly and it even has a small screw that secures the Xbox so it doesn't slip out.
