I like everything about this system! The ease in which it integrates with our store's accounting program (QuickBooks) makes setting up reports so simple! There are some minor glitches when dealing with sales tax calculations - but they're easy enough fixes once figured out how each function works.
It takes time to learn what options do exactly what on every screen, but eventually becomes second nature after using it daily. This has been such a great addition to my workflow as well as customer service. Reporting/accounting functions much easier than any other systems we've used before.
