Inventory Management with Qlik-Engine

The ease by which I was able understand how it works & best practices that could be used within my own organization or when consulting other organizations who are interested/considering using this product as well. It does require some training but once you've done so there isn't much learning required after working through one tutorial example (which can take less than 5 mins). There were only 2 features that we didn't use during evaluation process however both had clear documentation explaining why they're not currently supported yet - 1) Creating multiples custom fields per document type vs just having single "documentID" field where all documents would have same values2.) Ability to create multiple versions / revisions etc instead of creating new version each iteration3.). Nothing specific really came up while evaluating though if someone has an idea about something missing please let us know :) Have been looking around trying different tools out until found what looked most suitable fit our requirements then decided go ahead evaluateInventory management.

Pros
  • User friendly interface, easy navigation across various areas.
  • Document creation is very intuitive; no need for user guides at least in basic settings like naming conventions,
  • Easy way with setting permissions between users without any extra steps needed such assigning roles directly from dashboard view rather going into individual profile page separately1 dislike : Not sure whether anyone actually uses these types feature? Maybe its me
