First of all I would like to say that this cleanser is for your SECOND cleansing. There were a lot of negative posts because they say it doesn't remove makeup. Most people use a cleansing balm or cleansing oil as their first makeup remover. Then you should use the cleaner as a second cleaning. This is now a standard practice recommended by beauticians, dermatologists, etc. I hate cleansers that tighten my skin, especially when my skin is very dehydrated. What I love about this cleanser is that your face is still moisturized after washing. No feeling of tension! Also, I have sensitive skin and this is very gentle. I love it so much I'm using a second bottle. Note: I have oily skin, but it dries out in winter. I only use this in winter. Too soft for me in summer. If you have oily skin (even in winter) this may not be for you.
