These pants are not made for hips. I ordered size xxl which according to the size chart should be big enough to fit under leggings or skinny jeans. The size chart doesn't tell you about hip measurements matching waist measurements. They are straight up and down and have no stretch. They were also at least 6 inches longer at the bottom and 6 inches shorter at the back; They didn't even match my underwear in the back. I'm 5'4" tall and pear shaped so I'm used to long pants but they are useless. I could barely walk in them let alone sit down.
