I had high hopes for this kit as my daughter's glasses had no screws. I opened it up and found that each bay had three screws instead of an even number. Anyway, I tried all the screws to find the right size, which unfortunately wasn't included. In doing so, I discovered that the screws were made of inferior materials with poorly pressed Phillips slots and a flat head. I continued to fiddle with the small screwdriver, trying to align the tool with the head. The design would benefit from a magnetized tip. I will say that the seller emailed me at least. I returned an email expressing my dissatisfaction with the tool and received another email saying they would consider using magnetized screwdrivers in the future. They have not offered to accept product returns or anything like that.
