I've had this lamp for exactly a year and it makes a great reading lamp. The panel arrived upside down and the tiny bulbs were hard to find but I made it last night, I turned on the bulb and it made a loud noise and smoke came out thinking it was a burnt bulb so I took it off and the socket looked a little.I turned on the lamp without it.The bulb made even louder noises and started smoking even more.It is definitely not safe to continue using it.I checked the lamp wattage to make sure that it's user error but that's not the problem but then they said there was nothing they could do because a year had passed it's annoying I'm stuck with an unsafe lightbulb and they n I will not redeem.
