I loved this polish which is advertised as giving a holographic shine and cat eye effect to any base color underneath. What's not to like about that, right? To be honest, I wasn't immediately excited about this product. You get a small bottle for the price. (Item retails for $9.99 at the time of review.) It's definitely silver, giving a decidedly silvery-gray hue to whatever you put it on. In direct sunlight this is fine as the holographic glitter catches the light and is really pretty. But in any other light it looks gray and dull. I applied this polish over a pale pink jelly poly gel and while it was very pretty in the sun my nails looked greyish in any other light. So mostly. At first I tried to get some sort of domed cat eye effect on the top but I think the magnet that came with it wasn't strong enough. It didn't even work on the straight diagonal line down the middle. I pulled out another magnet I had on hand and it worked a little better but still didn't have as much movement as I was expecting. I couldn't even get it to move the way I wanted it to, so I just wiped it off and repainted it without approaching it with a magnet. This even shine was my favorite. I think this product can be good if you set your expectations accordingly. I don't really think it would look great over *any* color. Especially in anything other than direct sunlight. So instead, imagine your base color with a subtle shade of gray on top. It will look better on some colors than others. Choose your base color carefully and be prepared for it to have a gray cast.
