5 broken springs after 6 month, seller refunded
This trampoline was advertised as silent and durable enough for use by adults. Five springs snapped off within six months of light use by our kid. It is now useless. Neither was it silent from the very first use, springs were making quite a bit of noise.Update: The seller had contacted me after the original review and was very responsive in resolving the issue with the product. They offered either a replacement or a refund. I chose the latter and the refund was promptly processed.
