I like that they are always willing to help out with any questions or concerns we have, even if it is after hours! They also do not charge extra for overtime which is nice because sometimes other services will tack an additional fee onto our bill just so there's no confusion about how much time was spent working past normal business hour limits. We use XPONENT as part of our payroll service provider but this could be used anywhere. It helps us stay up to date with all changes made at OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) regarding safety regulations. This makes sure we don't run into problems when implementing new rules/regulations later down the road.
