What I like best is how simple it was for our small team (just me) set up everything we needed from scratch using just templates! It's also super intuitive once setup so no training or help required when setting things out ourselves - that time taken away could have been spent doing work instead!! The lack of support offered by their customer service department after purchase really annoys us now as they used this phrase "If there are any issues please contact sales" which doesn't leave much room at fault but ours if anything goes wrong in future etc. We've found what works well enough though without needing too many customizations/integrations beyond some basic ones included already e.g billing address / shipping addresses & categories. Just need more integrators willing share code samples where possible otherwise would be hard going alone through trial-and error method trying different apps only hoping something integrates perfectly into each other rather than having them fully integrated themselves.
