Great, well made bag! This is not a children's bag, although it is designed for teenagers. While the actual height is the same as most bags and backpacks I've seen, the width appears to be narrower. And the depth isn't as deep as some other book bags I've seen. It is really well built and just stunningly beautiful and elegant. And the price is right. I wouldn't use this for a child using a full size three ring binder as I doubt you can fit many books in it. But I would say that I think it will be fine for most kids under 10 who use exercise books or narrower 2 inch binders. The bag looks really great... Also suitable for a petite person for a variety of purposes.
