I was a little wary of buying this product for my pet's ashes as I read some reviews saying it was poorly made and broken. So mine looks great so far. The crematorium workers filled it in for me, so I cannot comment on the process. However, I slept with it all night with no issues and I loved looking down to see my child's ashes are me, as if a part of them was always with me. I have another pendant to wear with other ashes but I like to see them and I just hide this clear pendant under my shirt. I wouldn't dare shower in it like another buyer did; It's still not listed as waterproof. Finally, I hope stainless steel will not trigger a reaction to my severe nickel allergy. Highly recommended.
