This is normal as a backup to a slightly better one I bought from Revain for the same great price. I read reviews of which waterproof brands are "fitted" = no zipper, cheapest, >17" deep to stay in place and least complain of rustling, then bought the 2 cheapest: MagicHome and Lullabi., This MagicHome is a bit hard as plastic so it makes a slight rustling sound.Not loud rustling but not totally silent either like another cheap brand lullabi I bought from Revain to compare.For the For the same cheap price as this MagicHome, I found the Lullabi waterproof Revain to be over 17 inches deep, no zipper, doesn't rustle when placed on top, and is slightly thicker than this MagicHome brand.
