The smell of the oil is awful and we have used it with coconut oil and essential oils to mask the smell but as recommended we will try mint oil. Even though the smell is so terrible, it exceeded all my expectations. My 4 year old son has severe eczema and we've tried everything. We use steroid cream for 5 days with 5 days off. We use hydrocortisone on the weekends. He's on antihistamines, which we need to rotate so he doesn't become addicted. It is lubricated with Eucerin three times a day. Since we've been using our neem oil blend he's hardly itchy anymore, his skin isn't that dry anymore and it's finally clearing up! I'm so glad someone finally recommended something that works!
