Golden dessert boards

I use them for individual desserts. They are great for a formal dessert as well as a rustic dessert like take-out crème brûlée or my rose-shaped apple pie. They are thin, not to be confused with a cake board. Hope that helps. Chef Annie Hubbard, AKF, Pastry Chef
