I doubt they're really Ultra

Yes, they have the HDMI.org hologram. Yes, mine has to be authentic via the app, but think about it. How can I know for sure? That is the question. As others have said, the released HDMI.org documentation says Ultra should be stamped on the cable jacket. I have no embossing (photo follows). So I think that at some point the manufacturer was "HDMI.org certified" with the marked cable. Now that times are tough (COVID and such), they just use standard cables and put a "CERT” sticker on the cable. Box. And one last note, I also bought a Zeskit Maya 8K braided cable. I know the braid adds stiffness but wow. I believe these cables have a solid copper core (not twisted pair). lie limp like any other typical HDMI twisted pair, so I doubt they're really robust and 48Gbps happens.
