Inconvenient for bath and bath accessories
Overall I would describe it as uncomfortable and vaguely effective. There is no balance between being too tight or too loose, it's always one or the other. Inside is a hard plastic nozzle that makes fishing out to adjust awkward, and at times you'll lie on it. I also don't know if wearing a hat will damage my hair, but for me it's not too different from normal sleep without a hat.
