Look I don't know if it's defective or what but I bought this case for my Acer Predator 17 gaming laptop. It fit well and everything was fine until I dropped the backpack from shoulder height. One of the straps came loose and I don't know how it happened because it's attached and it would be physically impossible to unbuckle while I'm wearing a backpack. He must pull a small lever and rise against gravity. The padding is terrible as my laptop has a dent and some tears in the corner. I would like to point out that this is a $1,600 laptop with a solid and excellent build quality. I don't know what to do, I don't want this backpack anymore! I don't understand all the hymns of praise.
