very cheap made the best in my rating

I received this item in a small plastic bag, not on a card, only in a pocket, and the card is separate, the second heart with a small heart cutout was laced incorrectly. Instead of the thread going through the limb on the side of the heart, it was pulled through the heart. I'm sure I can fix it, but I have to take everything apart.
