I have worn these closed toe knee high compression stockings twice and each time the top band slipped down and became tight like a rubber band and cut off circulation about 2 inches below the knees and legs. more swollen at the ankles than if I hadn't been wearing compression stockings. I can't wear them and feel like I spent a lot of money on them. I have other compression stockings and have never had this problem. I forgot to return them within 30 days as I didn't wear them immediately and now I'm being charged a $13 per pair restocking fee which cost me $26. I learned a good lesson from this and I hope it helps others understand that they must come back within the 30 day deadline.
