Useful tool for managing various file types securely and efficiently
I like that it is very customizable so you can set up your own rules to match what works best with how much data/storage space they have available in their platform (eDrive).
There isn't any user interface customization at this time but we are working towards adding more options later down stream once things get rolling here internally - just need some additional resources first! Currently using eFileql primarily within our EDRM team which helps us monitor where all files go when people leave or change jobs / locations etc.. This has been beneficial because historically there were many times someone would move out only then realize months after leaving there was no way back even though those items may still be needed by others who remain inside an organization longer than themselfs!!
- The ease of use for both end users AND admin staff; as well, being able do customize settings according my needs without needing IT help every step along thwway..it's truly easy enough anyone should easily pick everything uo from start too finish!!! It seems intuitive also since most other platforms require training before getting started &/or support groups if one gets stuck somewhere during implementation process...I've found myself quickly
