This charger not only has enough space to charge many batteries - sixteen - but also in different sizes. When charging my AAs, I loaded multiple AAAs and multiple 9 volts at the same time. All at the same time. I like that the display shows the charging status as well as its completion. There is also built-in overcharge protection.
