So I'm male, 6'0", about 160lbs, and I wear 32w 32l pants. So glad I bought these in SMALL based on other reviews, they fit me very good..well even though i'm thin i never wear a small usually because of the length but the small fits me perfectly (i washed and tumble dried them to make sure they don't shrink too much) that I move and don't let them climb over my round socks. They are snug but not skin tight and the inseam is good, roomy but not too saggy. A medium size would be too big now that I know how well they fit me I've been wearing them for a few days now and the material is nice and soft, a bit thin, warm but not hot enough for a nice touch Personally I wear them through freezing to about 50 degrees (F), below freezing I would say choose woollens, usually no prob lem in my area unless it snows or something. The construction appears to be good, it may not last a lifetime but is of great value. As long as they don't fall apart easily I would buy them again, they are of decent quality, perfect for my use and at a good price.
