My daughter wears a 3T shirt and the 3T and 24 month shirts are too big, especially in the neck area. I was upset because the outfit is so cute. The tutus were adorable and well made. The shirt was pretty and of good quality, but the embroidery on the inside was very rough, so her skin was sore if she wore it for more than a minute. I would make her wear a tank top if that was the thing.
