Frozen touch screen on C436

This screen protector fit my C436 very well and after a few days I finally got rid of all the air bubbles. I thought everything was great until I tried the touchscreen feature and found it didn't work. I removed the screen and the touchscreen worked fine, put the screen back in and the touchscreen didn't work. I don't know if it's the thickness or rigidity of the screen or both but it stopped my touchscreen functionality so I had to bring it back.
