Doesn't get hot enough for my hair

TI Style Cordless Hair Straightener and Steamer I really liked this hair straightener. I loved the idea of straightening my hair without struggling with the cord. Unfortunately, even after several attempts, I never managed to get this straightening iron to work for me. First, it took a long time to charge. Very long time. Then it got warm for a long time. Again, very long - more than five minutes to reach the maximum temperature. Then, when he finally showed that he was hot, he really wasn't. At least not hot enough to straighten your hair. I have thick curly hair that's probably on the harder end of the straightening spectrum, but this has done next to nothing for my hair. In fact, my hair barely warmed up after running the flat iron through my hair. After using it for just a few minutes, he had already started losing heat, so he switched to one of the lowest temperatures. As for the design, I was disappointed. The straightener uses steam, so water needs to be added. There is a cover that needs to be removed to access the small water tank. There is a rubber stopper on the water tank that must be opened to fill with water. Both the lid and the stopper are difficult to open. A small plastic bottle is included and once opened you fill the bottle with water and then use it to fill the tank. Many steps. The straightener controls are on the bottom, right where I put my hand, so I kept accidentally pressing buttons to change the temperature setting or even turn it off entirely. Smoothing the straightener through the hair resulted in some stretching. When I first tried the straightener I thought maybe the reading was wrong since it took so long to charge and heat up, so I tried it with no charge or temperature. the highest. Of course it didn't work. I came back a second time after the device finally fully charged and tried again. But even on a full charge and after waiting for it to reach its maximum temperature, it still did little to straighten my hair. I made a third attempt, thinking I might be too impatient, but then again, it just didn't work for me. If the user has finer hair that is easier to straighten, this straightener may work, but it worked for me. no
