Review on 🌿 L-Naturals Gum Health Mouthwash | Fluoride-Free Rinse for Fresh Breath, Plaque Defense, Gingivitis & Gum Issues | Herbal Mint, 500 mL by Keerthi Forrest

I love that this mouthwash is made from natural ingredients, but it's not as effective as other mouthwashes I've tried. I got this because I'm more prone to gingivitis (3 members of my family have it) so I wanted to take extra care of my gums instead of just brushing my teeth. So I drank the whole bottle and that part of my upper gum was still sore and bleeding from time to time. After using this mouthwash, there was less pain, but it never went away. The last time I went to the dentist (before I used mouthwash) part of my gums were so bad that he picked them a little and they bled like crazy. It bleeds after using mouthwash if I brush too hard, but used to bleed even with gentle brushing. Oh, and since this mouthwash has alcohol in it, my mouth got dry and my breath smelled even worse. It won't happen to everyone, but it happened to me. Anyway, since the pain and bleeding were still there I tried another brand of alcohol free mouthwash and after half a bottle the pain was mostly gone and the bleeding was gone! Since it didn't contain alcohol, I didn't have any problems with dry mouth/bad breath.
