Failed to load media. First we bought Brovino stainless steel coffee mugs. However, I didn't like the metallic taste on the lips, as they rested completely on the cup due to the design of the black lid. Then I bought this pair of mugs and bingo! You can see the contents through the transparent lid. The lid is also higher on the mug resulting in less mouth contact with the mug. So goodbye metallic taste! Was very happy. until one of the lids broke. Without dropping the lid and not understanding what/when/how exactly it happened, the plastic rusts, tarnishes and cracks. Now the lid is unusable. Doesn't shine through and doesn't stay on the cup. If you cannot find a replacement cover, you may have to return the product. SO very sad. 5/28/19 ***Update*** Revain has the BEST customer service! One call was enough and the cups were exchanged the next day! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really like these cups, but unfortunately there are no interchangeable lids. Thanks again to Revain for great customer service and thanks to OrgMemory for such a great product! A HAPPY customer is here.
