You're going deaf, steal my bike! Keep in mind!

I was a week late on this purchase. The thieves stole my seat, lights and the bike rack that I loved so much. I lock my bike in the basement of a brownstone house in New York. I live in Harlem. Many bicycle thieves and drug addicts break into buildings or residents steal their belongings themselves. If I had this child No way. The whole building will hear. No joke. The walls are cement and the high pitched sound reverberates with a deafening tone. Even when no one was around, the thief really hurt my ear by taking the time to figure out my locks. I hurt my own ears just to adjust the device. Wow. I have set the maximum sensitivity. When the spider farts, it goes away. Love it. Weirdly, I now worry about hurting someone's ears or waking up a building if it explodes. I'm on the 5th floor. And yes, I hear it. I bought a bike stand. I couldn't have accidental tips or falls just from putting it up against a wall, I've done it before and the bike shifted a lot. So I feel like I have really good preparation now. Stable. So every bike movement is 99% intentional. Let's imagine a ridiculous scenario: I turn on the alarm, but I just put it on my seat. No ties or duct tape. Can a thief get my bike? Yes of course. But not before he sets off the alarm and I can hear it. Also, what's next. the alarm clock went off, where should he put it? Need a bucket of water to put it in. there. I see the only way to defeat this device is with a different key. A hacked signal or something by Jason Bourne. You need a bucket of water. The owner must activate the alarm but not attach it to the bike. The thief then has a bucket of water ready and carefully lowers the alarm into the bucket of water. Have I thought about it too much? Out of my sight. The alarm goes off even if the thief tries to remove the device, even if the thief knows in advance that it is there. He said that the thieves would have to soundproof the room somehow. It is so loud. Especially indoors. I've only had him for a few days. So I don't have free time for an LP. Just take a look. I feel like I spent the best $17 to protect my $1000+ bike. Even if this alarm clock rang every 6 months. I would still replace it with another one. It's inexpensive. I can't say anything about durability. So if. I hope that all hardware and software holds up. So far, so good. I sleep better at night. And anyway. It's pretty BOSS. I go to my bike and press the arm or disarm button. This is funny. Pros: Reliable simple design. Profitability. Ease of installation. Different sensitivity and volume. t I am being pushed by other people sharing a bike rack or carrier. I hate F with innocents, with heart attack sound blast. Can sensitivity settings help here? The size? It's a bit big. This spoils the "clean look" of a sleek bike. Hiding can be an issue if you don't have a bike rack (underneath). I don't want it in anything. I'm considering buying another one just for the bike rack. and maybe another one to put the milk in the fridge. Getting my roommates addicted to milk late at night. I will update in a few. And I'll take a picture of the final assembly. Expect a few things. Cheers, OccamsPhazer
