Originally I wanted to take it in my car to get rid of stiff shoulders while driving as it is battery powered but instead we are all in quarantine so I gave it a try . At home. Works exceptionally well to relieve a shoulder injury and headaches that travel down the neck to the shoulders. No flat liner does this well to cover these areas, a convenient, adjustable Velcro closure keeps it in place. I pull the front of the collar in a bit if it's too high under my chin and find that tucking in and lying down works well too. Adjustable heat settings are top-notch, and the 45-minute auto shut-off is usually good. If there isn't enough time, I turn it back on. The battery seems to work well for about 3 sessions and recharges in a reasonable amount of time. I only tried the massage once, it was ok, not everyone was so enthusiastic, but the small massage balls are in exactly the right position for the therapeutic pressure even when not activated. I would definitely like this because of the shape, how it stays in place and the adjustable heat even without a massage. Seems like a good company too. contacted them to offer an extra battery at half price and they responded quickly. I'm very happy with it and I don't give 5 stars unless I'm REALLY happy. This is a well thought out product.
