Review on De'Longhi EC685M Dedica Deluxe Espresso Machine with Automatic Features, Metallic by Haraki Itsuki ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

Has some pros Due to the fact that the coffee maker is so slender, we were able to fit it, along with a sugar bowl and two teapots, on a relatively small surface (in a small kitchen, any patch is worth its weight in gold). Strongly recommended for anyone who has a kitchen that is on the smaller side. During operation, there is noise (it wouldn't be a normal operation otherwise), but there is hardly any vibration. If you close the lid only loosely or place something on top of it, the container will, of course, shake. However, in order for the morning coffee preparation in the room's kitchen not to wake anyone up, you must ensure that you do not prop unsuitable objects against the working apparatus. The machine's operation is straightforward, it is simple to clean, and it uses pressure to break through any quantity of coffee in the cone (even if it's a mound with a slide; the only difference is that you will have to wash it). During the course of the operation, which lasted for two years, there were no issues. Do not forget to adjust the water hardness in the settings right at the beginning, as this will ensure that the device will alert you in a timely manner if it needs to be descaled (by the way, when signaling, it does not stop making coffee, which is a plus for karma). The coffee maker has two buttons, and each button can be adjusted to make its own specific volume of coffee. The first button makes coffee for a cup of milk, and the second button makes coffee for a cup that is covered by the lid. When there is not enough water in the tank, the machine makes a slight buzzing sound, and then it turns off the cooking mode. This makes it easy to recognize that there is a lack of water. After pouring more water into the tank, you can start cooking again (this must be taken into account if the cup is no longer empty). despite its advantages. If you add 1 to 5 tablespoons of cream from the refrigerator to your coffee while the coffee maker is set to its highest temperature, the temperature of the coffee may not be high enough for your taste. In this case, you will need to reheat the coffee in the microwave if you do not consume it within the next couple of minutes. I don't bother unscrewing the lid of the container before transferring water from the filter into it directly. If you do not wake up in time, there will be a puddle underneath the coffee maker; in this case, you will need two additional hands: one to hold the coffee maker while the other wipes it with a rag from below. It is not possible to wash or wipe under every typewriter, which is a feature that should be viewed as a positive.
